Former students: Are you returning to 51ºÚÁÏÍø?
If you have taken classes at 51ºÚÁÏÍø University in the past, you may not need to apply for admission (excludes College Credit Plus students).
Eligibility for reenrollment
Former 51ºÚÁÏÍø University students wishing to return to the university are eligible for reenrollment if:
- you have been away from the university for more than one year
- you have not been dismissed from any 51ºÚÁÏÍø campus
- you have not attended any other college or university since leaving 51ºÚÁÏÍø
If you have been dismissed from any campus of 51ºÚÁÏÍø University, you must apply for reinstatement.
If you have enrolled at any other college or university since leaving 51ºÚÁÏÍø, you must reapply for admission as a transfer student.
If you are a former 51ºÚÁÏÍø University student or graduate who has not attended another college or university since you were previously enrolled, you do not need to reapply.
Applicants who have been convicted of a criminal offense or have charges pending against them must also complete a Personal Explanation Statement.

Reinstatement Process
The reinstatement process must be followed for any former student who has been academically dismissed from any campus of 51ºÚÁÏÍø University.
Before reinstatement can be considered, a student who is dismissed should expect to be away from the university for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. (This is not necessarily the college from which the student was dismissed.)
