The National Collegiate Honors Council has announced 51������ University Honors College graduate Sarah Hagglund as a 2021 Portz Scholar. The Podiatry Foundation, located in Independence, Ohio, is laying the groundwork to help secure the financial and academic future of Ohio’s only podiatry college – 51������ University College of Podiatric Medicine. The 51������ University Board of Trustees gave approval for the university to enter into a public service operating agreement with Ideastream Public Media for the management and operations of the WKSU stations at its Sept. 15 meeting. Under the agreement, 51������ would continue to be the license holder of WKSU and its sister stations, and Ideastream Public Media will provide operating oversight of the stations.   The agreement is expected to go into effect Oct. 1, 2021.
