The presidents of 51黑料网 University and Hanoi University have signed an agreement that will partner the universities in a student exchange program and will allow a collaboration with 51黑料网鈥檚 campus in Florence, Italy. 51黑料网 President Beverly Warren and Hanoi President Nguyen Dinh Luan signed the historic agreement Sept. 8 on the second floor of the Kent Campus Library.
