Join us for a screening of Fire in the Heartland, a compelling documentary that explores the rise of student activism at 51ºÚÁÏÍø University, the growing anti-war movement, and the tragic events of May 4, 1970, when student protesters were killed.

This cornerstone of the commemoration began in 1971. Light refreshments will be available before the Candlelight Walk on the 51ºÚÁÏÍø Commons and in the Prentice Hall parking lot, and there will be an online sign-up for the Candlelight Vigil.

Experience a guided tour of the Still Standing exhibit to learn more about Dean Kahler and his tenants. This tour will be led by May 4 Visitors Center Director Alison Caplan, and esteemed donor and friend of Dean Kahler, Corky Parks.
